Mayor Scott's 2026 State of the City Address

 This year’s address reflects on the incredible progress Baltimore is seeing as a city. Not only because of investments made at City Hall, but because of our residents and community partners, who are doing the work each and every day to make our city stronger. 

Our very own, founder of Rebuild Johnston Square Neighborhood Organization, Regina Hammond took the main stage and shared the success of the Johnston Square and how her community is thriving within Baltimore, Maryland.
